Waterloo Sunrise
Let us go then you, and I
As the morning light first primes the sky.
Across the river, as the city hides
Then wakes, then stirs, as this view we find.
Waterloo sunrise and a stirring within
Of this greatest sight as the day begins,
Before long, cold, dark night has had its time.
Then back are we, forged unto,
The manacles of our city's life
When you get let out of the cage you must savour all that London has got to offer.
Then you must get back into the cage
